Sale guide from the "Clubberz Records" for international mail orders

We deal with many requests as a world-wide mail-order shop for DJ/collectors since 1995.

The main item is 12" Single Records in the dance field. (We stock also many Dance 7" Vinyls/LPs/CDs released in Japan.) We collect many items of the world from a standard items to a rare items not only items released in Japan. Because great items are received every day, please continue a site-check!

Determined based on "Goldmine Standard" grading:

SS : Still Sealed
Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever.

M : Mint
NM : Near Mint
Has been opened, but NO damage.

EX : Excellent
Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever.

VG++ : Very Good Double Plus
VG+ : Very Good Plus
The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade.
Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the begining is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless.
Cover: May only have the slightest signs of normal wear.

VG : Very Good
G : Good
Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to.
Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.
If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings, but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG", the damage must be described in comments attached to the item.

F : Fair
P : Poor
Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener.
Cover: More than normal wear and tear.

I also accept shipment by ordinary-airmail at your own risk. Please ask about a detailed shipping cost.

We accept returned goods about the incorrect shipment, or the defective Items by our carelessness. and we also receive payment of a remarkably different Items from description.
We refund promptly. However, a buyer has to report within 3 days, after receiving the Items.
